What’s the deal with this website?
This is the official store of Stikie —an independent brand focused on cannabis culture. We made this website ourselves so that we could cut out all of the middle men between us and you. In other words, we’re your direct connect to the dankest swag and apparel on the world wide web. That’s whats up.
We keep everything on lock. Our store is protected with SSL (the standard for security technology and encryption) and we don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor Shopify, the no.1 ecommerce platform in the business). We will never share your personal information with anyone else or any third party— its just us and you fam. Trust.
How soon will I receive my order?
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. As soon as your order has been picked and packed, your shipping label will be generated which will automatically email you your order tracking details and information.
Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties are different from country to country. It is a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any charges.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
What if I don’t receive my tracking information?
Please check your spam folder, as from time to time our e mails we send out get caught up in there.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

What if my order is not correct, incomplete or damaged?
Take a deep breath. Better yet, take a big puff and relax. Then send us an email. Every now and again, mistakes happen, but we will do our best to fix it. Tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.
What if my order never arrived?
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t help, check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, you must have been way too high when you placed your order Though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, then we have no idea what happened. Get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll investigate.
